Dr. Fitzmaurice is one of the few doctors who utilize stem cells with both a fellowship and board certification in the field of regenerative medicine. He has been using stem cells for both non-surgical options and to enhance the outcome of surgical procedures since 2007.  He has taught various techniques including bone marrow stem cell harvesting and liposuction techniques to obtain fat stem cells. He has even lectured internationally on his proprietary techniques. 

Dr. Fitzmaurice is also an active member in the anti-aging society.
